If you could choose ONE weapon, item, or whatever to have, what would you choose?

I think I would either choose a Nuka-Cola Quantum, the Chinese Stealth Armor, or a plasma rifle.

Ah I would get a loaded gauss gun, then I would wave it in Mr. Burks face and order him to give me a 110 t51Bs, 101 t45Ds, 243 laser rifles, 10000 elecrton charge packs, 116 gatling lasers, 10000 microfusion cells, 226 plasma riffles, and a few dozen advanced mark 2s then I would take him to the nearest real government facility show them the power armor and weapons sell some of it to them for millions as well as demand a higly modified man portable m61A2 vulcan cannon (20mm minigun 6600 rounds per minute) with free mainanence and ammo for life. I would then sell Mr. Burk to the U.N. for as much cash as possible so I gould get an abrams and mount a couple GAU 8 avenger cannons (look up some vidoes they are insane tank killing miniguns of doom) on it and roam the 7 seas while blastin everything in sight to peaces!!! I beleave this plan will suffice.
