I don't know what poses you're talking about. If you mean the drinking, the lifting of the rifle, andrew falling down and so on, they are idle animations built-into the game. They can be activated via the console. And the blur effect was most likely a video effect.

Well, I was looking for the falling animation, specifically, I guess I'll go look around for a console command for it. I also know the blur effect is a video effect, I was just looking on how it's made..
